2. Non-for-profits and other governmental agencies are able to post content on the digital billboard on 159th. Organization requesting content should prepare files and submit them using the attached requirements.
   
   If you would like the City to create content for your digital ad, please submit your request two weeks or more in advance of when you would like the ad to be posted. The City is unable to guarantee creation of a digital ad for your organization based on demand and capacity.
